Coordination and reception of your flight
Rouen Vallée de Seine Airport does not require a parking slot or PPR (Preventive Parking Permit). To ensure you receive the best possible service and to coordinate your ground needs, we ask operators of non-scheduled aircraft to inform us of their arrival.
How do you announce your arrival?
For all stopover requests (private flights, business aviation or specific activities), please send us an email to the following address: operations@rouen.aeroport.fr
Services and responsiveness
- Recommended timeframe: If possible, please notify us 24 hours before your arrival.
- Confirmation: Our operations department will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm that your needs (supplies, catering, transport, etc.) have been taken into account.
- Flexibility: Unlike the PPR procedure, no authorization number is required to complete your flight plan.
