Delegating Authority
The airport is under the responsibility of the Rouen-Vallée de Seine Airport Joint Syndicate, guaranteeing coordination between local authorities and the regulation of the platform, in compliance with safety standards and territorial development.
Administrator
Since January 1, 2025, SEALAR has been responsible for the operational and strategic management of the Rouen-Vallée de Seine airport, ensuring the proper functioning of the infrastructure, the safety and the development of the site in service of users and the territory.

Enhancing the value of public space
The Joint Syndicate of the Rouen-Vallée de Seine Airport has entrusted the operation and management of the Rouen-Vallée de Seine Airport to SAS SEADRCH (Société d'Exploitation Aéroportuaire de Deauville Rouen Caen Le Havre), within the framework of a Public Service Delegation agreement.
